Microwave, chemical, laser, and liquid hammers all require impossible surface connections. Our Bore-Hole-Assembly (BHA) replaces the traditional bit and powers itself.

BHA Internal Architecture

Mud-Driven Power Extraction

Standard drill pipe compatibility. The BHA extracts immense electrical power directly from the high-pressure mudstream, eliminating the need for impossible surface wirelines.

In-Situ Plasma Gas (RO)

Reverse osmosis cell integrated into the assembly filters pure water from the mudstream, serving as the raw fuel for plasma generation at the bit.

50kW Plasma Torches

A set of high-power 50kW plasma torches replaces traditional mechanical crushing. Torches are integrated directly into the bit face.

15 m/h Spallation

Continuous spallation of hard crystalline rock at 15 meters per hour. Thermal shock micro-fractures the rock, flushed away by the continuous mud loop.
